Buy Apple, Microsoft Surface, Dell, Lenovo and Wacom Products in Eilat

1. Products sold in Eilat are VAT-free.

2. We sell Apple, Microsoft Surface, Dell and Lenovo computers in Eilat, as well as Wacom tablets / graphic boards.
We don't sell computer monitors or iPhones in Eilat. However, Apple's iPads as well as Surface tablets are also available.

3. The store in Eilat has limited stock. Therefore, we advise customers to place their orders in advance to make sure the products they want will be available when they arrive.

4. Products that are marked "in stock" (green label) on our website can be delivered to Eilat within 2 business days.

5. Please note that the default keyboard languages for all computers sold by us are Hebrew/English.
However, customers may request English-only keyboards or additional languages. Changing the keyboard language(s) usually delays the delivery time.

Purchasing Process:

1. Select a product or products from our website: https://www.adcs.co.il/ and add them to the cart. Once you have added all the products you want, proceed to checkout.

2. At checkout, choose the Eilat shipping method and click on the "Arrival time to Eilat" field. Enter the date you will be arriving in Eilat and continue to the payment method. 

3. After reviewing your order, you will receive a link to pay a down payment of ILS 500. Without this payment, the Eilat store will not process your order.

4. A couple of days before your chosen arrival date, you will receive a message from the Eilat store confirming that your order is on its way to Eilat.

5. Visit the Online Cellular store in Eilat to complete the purchase and pick up your order. The store accepts credit cards and cash only.

Is the Eilat store a branch of Amirim Distribution? Will the invoice be issued by Amirim Distribution?
No. The Eilat store is independently owned and is not a branch of Amirim. Online Cellular is our reseller, meaning that they purchase products from us and sell them to customers, but the store is a completely separate and independent business.
The purchasing process, payment terms, etc. are handled by Online Cellular, not by Amirim.
Please note that the invoice will be issued by Online Cellular and not by Amirim Distribution.
However, service is provided by Amirim. Customers who purchase a Mac from Online Cellular can contact Amirim directly if they encounter a technical issue.

Can purchases made through you be submitted to Apple for reimbursement or benefits?
To the best of our knowledge, Apple recognizes invoices issued by Amirim Distribution because Amirim Distribution is an Apple Authorized Reseller.
However, Amirim cannot guarantee this and does not assume responsibility for Apple's approval of the invoice. The decision is solely Apple's.
Please note that for purchases in Eilat, the invoice is issued by our reseller, Online Cellular, and not by Amirim Distribution. Therefore, Apple may not accept these invoices as part of its benefits programs.
